HOW TO MOVE TO ESTONIA?

Relocation to Estonia. Estonian immigration legislation is very friendly towards Russians, so you can move to the country in the following ways:

Marriage. After registering your marriage with an Estonian citizen, you can expect to receive a residence permit. However, this is not as easy a process as it might seem at first glance. You will have to fill out several very lengthy forms to prove that you want to live in Estonia. You will also need to provide several certificates and all personal documents.
Business. This method of immigration has many advantages. The cost of this procedure is quite low, taxes are moderate, the country's economy is aimed in every possible way at supporting entrepreneurs, and foreign investment in any form is always encouraged. After you have registered your company, you are granted a residence permit for 2 years with the right to subsequently extend it for another 5 years.
Job. This method is quite complicated, since you can only obtain a residence permit if the employing company previously held a competition for a vacant position and within 3 weeks did not find a single Estonian, EU citizen or person with an Estonian residence permit besides you. A foreigner looking for work in Estonia must be an experienced worker, have an education and excellent health. You are also required to obtain the prior consent of the Unemployment Insurance Fund before completing the documents, which is valid for 2 months. Before you apply for residence permit status, you must sign an employment contract with the employer or receive an employment offer. The residence permit is granted for 2 years with the right of subsequent extension for another 5 years.
Education. Since Estonia is part of the European Union, diplomas from its government institutions are valued in all countries of the world. Students have every right to work during their studies. A residence permit during training is granted for 1 year with the right to extend for 12 months annually. To obtain a student visa, you must provide a number of documents, including an invitation from an educational institution with confirmation of enrollment.
After 5 years with a residence permit, you can apply for permanent residence. After 8 years of legal residence, you can apply for Estonian citizenship.
