HOW TO MOVE TO SWEDEN?
Relocation to Sweden. There are several ways to immigrate to Sweden:
Family reunification or marriage with a citizen. This method is the easiest to obtain permission to reside in this state. According to the family reunification program, relatives can be considered to be the husband, wife, cohabitant and the person with whom you want to live or marry in the future.
Job. You can choose any type of work: be an au pair, become the owner of your own business, go to seasonal work, or become an employee. If you are not a citizen of a country within the European Union, you must obtain entry permission from the state before traveling to Sweden to work. Again, if you have worked in one field of activity and then decide to move to another, you will need to obtain permission again. A residence permit for work is given for a period of 2 years, after 4 years of work in the country it will be possible to apply for permanent residence.
Business. If you immigrate to Sweden as a self-employed person, you must prove that you own exactly half of the capital of the company and are responsible for it. You must have at least CZK 200,000 in your account, CZK 100,000 for your spouse and CZK 50,000 for each child. Your company must undergo a probationary period of 2 years.
Education. Foreign students who are not residents of Sweden are required to pay for their university education. If you are able to pay for your studies, you will be issued a residence permit, and in the future you will be able to get a job.
Buying real estate in Sweden can be called an excellent investment, however, the presence of real estate itself does not give a residence permit in this country. However, in this case, the homeowner receives a long-term Schengen visa and the opportunity to live in Sweden itself for up to 180 days.
After living in Sweden for 5 years with permanent residence status, you are fully eligible to apply for citizenship.
